Our journey began with a dog named Torque — a stubborn, sweet Boxer who was more than a pet; he was our first child, our rock during hard times, and eventually, a devoted guardian to our newborn identical twin boys. When life threw us curveballs — including over 100 days in the hospital during the birth of our twins — Torque was there, comforting, supporting, and watching over our growing family with quiet strength.
After four moves, two states, and a thousand memories, Torque passed away in the summer of 2024, leaving a hole in our hearts and a legacy we couldn’t ignore. He was picky — especially when it came to his treats. And that stubbornness stuck with us.
Now, with our two current dogs, Rebel (a Doberman) and Moxie (a Boston Terrier), we faced a familiar challenge: finding long-lasting, high-quality chews that wouldn’t break the bank. Like many working families, we needed something to keep our pups happy and engaged while we were away. After burning through countless options (and way too much money), we found one thing that worked: bully sticks.
They lasted. Our dogs loved them. But the price? Painful.
So we asked ourselves: Why are we paying so much for something that should be affordable? We started researching, digging deep into suppliers and quality standards, and finally — we found a better way. A way to bring the same premium quality bully sticks to other families like ours at a fraction of the cost.
That’s how Bully Stick Barn was born — from love, necessity, and a deep belief that every dog deserves the best, and every family deserves a fair price.
